Research Key word use, popularity and competitor uses. Provide Client with list of recommended key phrases for marketing campaign. Optimized MetaTag code and implement into core pages of website.

Site Content/Text Evaluation & Suggestions:

Portline will evaluate the content on the core pages of the website and present suggestions to enhance MetaTag and keyword optimization, including AltTag recommendations for images.

Category Gateway Pages:

Using Portline's exclusive Product Gateway Module, HTML versions of all products sorted and grouped by categories, are created automatically each night and updated. The HTML pages are tied to website through links to Site Map or other pages which allow the search engines to index all product information along with the regular site indexing. *For use with Portline eCommerce packages, additional fees may apply for websites not built by Portline.

Additional Domain Mini Sites:

Using the top Key Phrases from campaign, Portline will purchase additional domain names and create "Mini Web Sites" designed specifically for each key phrase campaign. The Mini Web Sites to be designed to match original web site and various links will bring visitors to the Mini Web Sites to the main web site. The Mini Web Sites to be included in submission to the indexable search engines and will be included in the monthly reporting.

Content Gateway Pages:

Manual creation of additional HTML pages designed specifically for the key phrases pre-determined for campaign. Pages are tied to site map or other pages to ensure indexing by search engines.

Google Adword Listing Campaigns:

Portline to assist client in the creation and any continued Google campaigns. Evaluation of campaign to be performed within 30 days. Any additional changes to campaign will be adjusted during the second month.

DMOZ & Other Directory Submissions:

Portline will manually submit to DMOZ and other free directories. Portline will supply client with a list of all relevant paid directories and yellow page directories. Portline will submit to all pre-authorized directories.

Froogle Submission:

Portline to create the Froogle account which includes the development and uploading of all required files. Scheduled automatic uploads of files to be performed daily. *Client website must meet Froogle requirements. Scheduler only available for Portline Hosting clients.

Search Engine Pro Submitter:

Portline to perform monthly strategic submissions to indexable search engines with the use of professional submission software.

Competitor Reporting and Submissions:

Portline will supply a report generated using the competitor website addresses. The report will display a list of potential directories and websites. Client to review the report and provide Portline a list of approved websites for submission. Approved sites to be manually submitted by Portline each month. Portline to research other industry related directories and websites.

Monthly Placement Reporting:

Portline to supply a key word placement report within the top search engines. Advanced reporting features to be made available for review within the Client Interface Site. *Webstats available for Portline Hosting clients only.
